1. Sensibilisation et communication en fournissant des informations juridiques et techniques sur la propriété intellectuelle et l’importance de la protection des idées et inventions. 2. Formation et encadrement par l’organisation de séminaires et d’ateliers sur l’innovation et la technologie, la propriété intellectuelle, et les startups. 3. Appui et protection par le soutient des étudiants, enseignants et chercheurs via des programmes spécifiques. 4. Veille technologique en rapport avec le développement et l’application des nouvelles technologies dans la recherche et dans les autres domaines.
Convergent pour créer des profils hybrides capables de transformer des idées en solutions concrètes. Ce sont ces talents, encouragés et accompagnés, qui donnent naissance à de véritables startups porteuses d’avenir.
Mais le rôle de l’Université Oran 2 ne s’arrête pas à la formation et à l’encadrement. Elle est également un acteur d’investissement dans l’innovation. Grâce à son engagement dans les appels à projets nationaux et internationaux, au soutien du Fond National des Startups, et à sa collaboration avec les institutions d’appui à l’entrepreneuriat, elle participe activement au financement de projets novateurs portés par ses étudiants et chercheurs.
